Shipments are fulfilled at the earliest opportunity. If there is a product we do not have in stock we will contact you to see if you'd like to wait until it has been received in stock or ship the rest of the order as is.

All shipping charges calculated during checkout are estimates only. Shipping charges are subject to change in the case of courier changes, weight differences, multiple packages, order alterations, etc.

Most BioShop products are shipped at ambient temperature. Orders with frozen products are shipped between Monday and Wednesday.

Should the customer prefer we are able to ship by their preferred courier, or by collect on their account. Shipping by another courier may change the shipping charge for the order.

Returns Policy

Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number before returning any product. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after shipping date.

A restocking fee may be levied depending upon the nature of the product. We reserve the right not to accept the cancellation of orders.
